Responsibilities
Salary: RM4,000 – RM6,000/month
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

What You'll Do
Develop and improve SOPs and workflows
Monitor KPIs and prepare reports
Coordinate projects across departments
Improve business processes and efficiency
Support strategic planning with the founder
Recommend AI and automation solutions
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management or related fields
1–5 years' experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Good Excel, PowerPoint and analytical skills
Knowledge of AI tools is an advantage
