We are looking for a Freight Forwarding & Logistics Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer service, shipment documentation, and coordinating logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide professional customer service.
• Prepare and process shipping and logistics documentation.
• Coordinate import and export shipments with customers, carriers, and relevant parties.
• Ensure shipping documents are accurate and completed on time.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Korean nationals only.
• Fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written).
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, customer service, or documentation is an advantage.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
