Mandarin Digital Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Mandarin Digital Customer Experience Specialist to support users and provide excellent service through online platforms. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable learning new systems and digital features.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries through online communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand user concerns and provide accurate information and suitable solutions.
• Assist users with account, service, and platform-related questions.
• Maintain clear records of customer interactions and follow service procedures.
• Provide feedback to improve overall user experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin with good communication skills in English.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and learning new systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and public holidays when required.
• Willing to work onsite at our Melaka office.

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
