We're looking for someone who wants to build one of Malaysia's most recognised F&B brands.

Your Mission

You will lead the creative direction of Cha Bang Ang's content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.

Your job isn't just producing videos. Your job is to create content that people remember, share and talk about.

What You'll Be DoingCreative Strategy

• Plan weekly and monthly content ideas.
• Brainstorm viral and trend-based content.
• Build content pillars that strengthen the Cha Bang Ang brand.
• Research competitors and identify opportunities.
• Study social media trends and consumer behaviour.

Content Production

• Plan and organise content shoots.
• Direct talents during filming.
• Ensure every shoot has a clear objective and storyline.
• Collaborate closely with videographers and editors.
• Maintain high-quality visuals that match the Cha Bang Ang brand.

Performance & Optimisation

• Review weekly content performance.
• Analyse views, watch time, engagement and conversions.
• Improve future content using insights and data.
• Test different hooks, storytelling styles and content formats.

Brand Development

• Ensure every piece of content reflects the Cha Bang Ang identity.
• Develop campaigns that create excitement, conversations and community engagement.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support launches, events and promotions.

What We're Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in content creation, creative marketing or digital media.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video trends.
• Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Confident in planning and directing video shoots.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Passionate about building brands through content.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in the F&B industry.
• Experience working with influencers or content creators.
• Experience managing a content calendar.
• Basic photography or videography knowledge.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics or Google Analytics.
