Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Increase brand awareness and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity.
• Work closely with the Sales, Operations, E-Commerce, and Product teams to support sales growth.
• Plan and manage promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the company's social media platforms, website, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Oversee content creation, including graphics, videos, photography, and promotional materials.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective marketing spending.
• Coordinate with external agencies, suppliers, influencers, and media partners.
• Organize exhibitions, roadshows, trade events, and promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with company branding guidelines.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of the marketing team.
• Set departmental KPIs and monitor achievement of marketing objectives.
• Prepare monthly marketing reports for management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
