About the Roles

Join a cybersecurity organization as a Sales Operations Executive based in Damansara Utama / Eco City. This is a permanent role on a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 6.00pm, offering a basic salary of up to RM4,000, along with Flexi Benefits and a Variable Bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Track sales pipelines and order delivery updates in coordination with Sales Managers, internal departments, and customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries related to product delivery and order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate monthly sales backlog reports and keep revenue tracking files up to date.
• Coordinate with the Professional Services team to gather project progress updates and monthly reporting information.
• Follow up with customers on annual maintenance service contract renewals.
• Prepare sales reports, revenue analysis, and management reports for Sales, Finance, and Management teams.
• Monitor outstanding customer payments and assist with collections follow-ups.
• Ensure invoices and recurring maintenance income are recorded accurately in the ACCPAC system for month-end closing.
• Support daily sales administration activities and assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Sales Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales Operations, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or related functions.
• Able to work independently with a proactive and responsible approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
