DAILY

1. Coordinate the EHS monitoring ; Pest Control Management, SW management, Chemical Inventory,

2. Planning,follow up/monitoring ESH Assistant daily work or updated progress.

3. Daily Factory inspection (alternate between F1,F2, & F3)

WEEKLY

1.Updating and monitoring the inventory of pest control item, SW, Chemical and IETS performance monitoring

2.Follow up weekly insect killer checklist (FM-QC-36) form and UV light insect killer monitoring record (FM-FS-33) done by ESH Assistant.

3.Prepare record form for monthly chemical dilution record and verified the record in logbook.

4.Coordinate on the requisition of purchase item related with HSE Activities/requirements

5.Coordinate on the inventory of SW storage and followed the EQA 1967's compliance

MONTHLY

1. Monitoring ESH record a. ESH Inspection(Eye wash and Spill Kit) b. First Aids Kit Checklist (FM-SH-03) c. E-SWIS (Scheduled Waste Management),Fifth Schedule d. Fire Emergency Equipments e. Pest Control record inspection (Internal) form (FM-FS-07).

2. Liase with external contractor on monthly Pest Control Inspection for Factory 1,2, and 3 include larvaciding & fogging progress.

3. Training for external contractor.

4. Liase with SW contractor for disposal of SW.

QUARTERLY

1. Prepare, organize and conduct safety and health meeting and minute meeting.

2. Coordinate light intensity management monitoring. If below required standard of 220 lux, discuss with immediate superior and engineering manager to upgrade area by area.

SEMIANUAL/ANNUAL

1. Follow-up all activities in the Legal Register of ESH Department that related with standard / compliance / stakeholder 's monitoring and requirements & stakeholder liason eg; renewal fire certificate (BOMBA), JKKP 8, application on MYKKP on machinery/accidents.

2. Coordinate on EHS Training planning (scheduled/ compliance)

3. Liase with fire fighting system contractors for annual agreement and servicing.

4. Assist and monitor all the internal audit process by company.

5. Liase with contractor for annual isokinetic stack emission test, pressurize equipment calibration/inspection, good hoist.

6. Planning for Risk Assessment/HIRARC (FM-SH-01) if necessary.

OTHERS

- Issue any purchase (cash/not cash item) / request to change broken item for first aid stocks, safety item or any item that need/ required that related to the job.

- Request, planning, and organize fire drill/ emergency evacuation with the approval from management.

-Search, compile and prepeare module of training (related to safety / health / environment) and revise the module if needed.

- Cover ESH Assistant work when not available and if necessary.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
