Job Overview:

• Design and deliver visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in tracking project timelines and coordinating administrative tasks to support the progress of ongoing initiatives.

• Support the team in tracking and ensuring all project documentation is kept to date in accordance with regional standards.

• Assist in coordinating finance-related activities, including reporting and budget support.

• Assist in translating data into simple, easy-to-understand visuals and charts to support team presentations and communications.

• Draft and manage internal communications (e.g., emails, memos) with clarity, consistency, and audience engagement.

• Organize and coordinate meetings; prepare agendas, document minutes, and manage post-meeting follow-ups.

• Support in ensuring the project repository is up to date with the documentation, reports, and meeting information.
