CUSTOMER SERVICE (ENTRY LEVEL) – ENGLISH SPEAKER
Location: Iskandar Puteri (Medini 9), Johor

Position: Customer Service Representative (English Speaker)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM Certificate
• Good communication skills in English
• Willing to work on rotational shifts
• Candidates with no experience are encouraged to apply (full training provided)

Salary & Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,100
• Night Shift Allowance: RM300
• KPI Allowance: Up to RM400
• Shuttle Service Provided
• Overtime (OT) available when required (great opportunity for candidates who are willing to earn extra income)

Working Details:

• Working Days: 6 days per week (including weekends & public holidays)
• Rotational Shift: Morning / Afternoon / Night Shift (must be able to do rotational shift)
• Shift rotation changes every week
