Job Summary: To supply one (1) Supervisor to monitor operation in KTMB, Kempas
We are seeking a responsible and proactive Supervisor to oversee daily train cleaning operations. The successful candidate will manage cleaning teams, ensure work is completed according to quality and safety standards, coordinate schedules, and report operational issues. Previous supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities management is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at the depot and onboard trains.
• Plan and assign manpower based on train schedules and operational requirements.
• Ensure cleaning works are carried out according to the required standards and safety procedures.
• Inspect completed cleaning works and maintain service quality.
• Monitor staff attendance, discipline, and work performance.
• Report any defects, damages, or safety issues to the Client's representative.
• Ensure cleaning equipment, tools, and consumables are properly used and maintained.
• Prepare and submit attendance records, daily reports, and other required documents.
• Coordinate with the Client on daily operations and operational changes.
• Perform any other duties assigned to support the train cleaning operations.
