Admin & Accounts Executive

Location: Bandar Sungai Long, Kajang, Selangor

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month

Job Summary

Sittal Carpark Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to support our accounting, administrative, and statutory compliance functions. The ideal candidate should have experience in e-Invoicing, SST, and document submissions and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and administrative functions.
• Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and official correspondence.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Prepare and process LHDN e-Invoices.
• Prepare SST reports and submissions.
• Prepare and submit statutory and government-related documentation as required.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare payroll and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB).
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Assist Management with reports, quotations, contracts, tenders, and other administrative duties.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in LHDN e-Invoice, SST, and statutory submissions is required.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
• Possess own transport.

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience).

Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
