Kokos Hiring! Full Time OUTLET MANAGER (IMMEDIATE HIRING) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Meet annual/quarterly/monthly sales target and other operational-related goals of the outlet set forth by the Management.
• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
• Oversee the daily operations, management and overall performance of the outlet.
• Generate detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
• Perform quality controls and monitor Operational KPIs for the outlet.
• Regularly review product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of any outlet that you are assigned.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulation.
• Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest for continues improvement.
• Deliver superior services and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Organize and supervise shifts and schedule weekly roster for kitchen and service crews.
• Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices and operation procedure.
• Appraise your subordinate performance and provide guidance to improve productivity.
• Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
• Any other tasks as instructed by your immediate supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree/SPM/"O" Level in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Language requirement: Basic Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a MUST. Proficiency in English is a bonus.
• Work experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B Management and Operations in a Managerial role (Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or a similar role.)
• Able to work on shifts, weekends and Public Holidays. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• May be required to relocate from one outlet to another.
