- Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in customer experience management and service quality monitoring.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the Customer Service team to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Monitor team performance, service standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance reviews.
- Manage manpower planning, customer engagement activities, and service operations.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
