Greatech Integration (M) Hiring! Full Time Store Supervisor in Pulau Pinang - Ricebowl

Job Descriptions:

1. To monitor the expenses of transportation from the forwarder to meet reasonable expenses.

2. To plan, monitor and facilitate transportation and shipping operations to be delivered on time and achieve customer

3. To verify all shipping documentation such as custom form, renewal application, monthly reports and etc.

4. To verify shipping Invoices costing, quantity, item, date and time.

5. To coordinate monthly stock take with Finance audit team & to ensure the activities of Stock take carry out smoothly.

To perform verification on posting of good receive note (GRN) into the system.

7. Well communicating with internal and external parties to ensure all shipments are arranged, prepared, deliver and received in scheduled timeline with safe and good condition.

8. To ensure all activities of logistics comply with customs regulations and rules.

9. To attend to custom formalities whenever required.

10. To supervise the junior team members and enhance their job skills.

11. Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.

12. To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.

Job Requirements:

1. At least Diploma in related field or equivalent experience.

2. At least 4-8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with supervisory role.

3. Basic knowledge on Custom procedure, Incoterm awareness and understanding shipping & store process & requirement. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant ERP software. Knowledge of drive forklift will be add advantage.
