RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

• Plan, manage and coordinate for monthly & yearly inventory stock take and investigate if any discrepancies found.
• Responsible for quarterly standard cost change and review of yearly cost factors and update the latest standard cost into system.
• To gather, analysis and summaries cost data such as parts, labour hours, machine hour etc.
• Responsible for monthly production costs and management meeting report.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of production costs and management meeting report.
• Involve in costing activities such as detail production cost analysis, cost of sales analysis inventory valuation
• Analyze changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing method or services provided to determine effects on cost and pricing.
• Provide guidance and supervision to the team and ensure that they fully contribute to the operational schedule and plans of the company.
• Ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a strong Cost systems background and have excellent analytical skills.
• Preferred from manufacturing background
• Excellent analytical skills with an attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and ability to meet deadlines
• Able to work independently and in team with minimum supervision.
• Experience in AutoCount System is an advantage.
• Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Table & V-lookup etc

COMPETENCY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
• Costing Experience of at least 1 years
• Willing work at Kulim

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
