Role Summary

Responsible for monitoring and optimizing production line performance, troubleshooting quality issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficiency, compliance, and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor yield, downtime, and cycle time; implement corrective actions.

Conduct root cause analysis (5 Why, 8D, Fishbone) and CAPA.

Improve process capability and reduce defects.

Participate in pFMEA/DFMEA, FAI, IQ/OQ/PQ validations.

Ensure tooling/jigs readiness and compliance with standards.

Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Tooling, and Supply Chain teams.

Lead Lean/Kaizen projects (5S, VSM, SMED).

Support audits (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949).

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.

≥5 years manufacturing/engineering experience.

Knowledge of ISO standards (9001, 14001, 13485, IATF 16949).

Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
