Job Responsibilities

• To support the Project Director/ Project Manager/ Assistant Project Manager by assist to manage and coordinate all aspects of property development projects which including:
• Project planning & review design drawings (including specifications and project requirements) start from initial stage for completeness and consistency,
• Coordinate with all related consultants, contractors/suppliers and company internal departments,
• Coordinating, monitoring, & delivering property development projects by managing project schedules, design coordination, authority approvals, tender activities, construction progress, project reporting, cost control, contract administration support,
• Ensuring projects are completed within stipulated time frame, budget, quality assurance, and compliance with regulatory requirement & development approvals,
• Handling project handover and up to completion of defect liability period

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in civil engineering, infrastructure or construction projects.
• Ability to read, interpret and understand engineering, structural and construction drawings.
• Familiar with site supervision, construction processes and quality control requirements.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
