Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and repair works for guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel departments.
• Troubleshoot and repair faulty equipment and facilities.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure all hotel facilities are safe and in good working condition.
• Replace lighting, repair doors, locks, furniture, painting, and other general maintenance works.
• Coordinate with external contractors when necessary.
• Maintain maintenance records, tools, and spare parts inventory.
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety standards and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Hotel Manager.

Requirements

• At least 1-2 year of experience in hotel or building maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning (HVAC), and general building maintenance.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
