Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our TikTok Shop and Shopee stores.
• Create and upload product listings with attractive titles, descriptions, and images.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, vouchers, and flash sales.
• Manage TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram content.
• Monitor store performance, sales, and marketing results.
• Coordinate with affiliates, creators, and livestream hosts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce and social media trends.

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of TikTok Shop, Shopee, and social media platforms.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,985.86 per month
