Job Summary

The Customer Verification Representative is responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, and verifying data by contacting customers or relevant parties via phone, email, or other communication channels. This role ensures that all information is complete, accurate, and up to date while maintaining confidentiality and data quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer or company data into the system accurately.
• Review submitted information for completeness and accuracy.
• Contact customers, clients, or relevant parties to verify personal, business, or transaction details.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete records based on verified information.
• Maintain accurate records of verification activities and communications.
• Follow company policies and procedures for data privacy and confidentiality.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Generate reports on verification activities when required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Pay: RM10.00 - RM15.00 per hour
