Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and expand client relationships
• Handle client enquiries, project planning, budgeting, and internal coordination
• Achieve sales targets and support overall business growth
• Lead and coach a small sales team

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in advertising, events, or exhibitions
• Proven sales and client acquisition track record
• Team leader experience required
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Experience with luxury or commercial brands is a plus
• Proficient with AI tools for content creation and proposals

This position offers a base salary of HKD 23,000 plus commission based on sales performance.
