Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will prepare accurate interior design drawings, layouts, and technical documentation while collaborating with designers, architects, and project teams to deliver high-quality interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Drafting

• Prepare detailed 2D CAD drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details for interior design projects.
• Develop space planning layouts based on project requirements and design concepts.
• Revise drawings according to client feedback and project changes.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with interior designers, architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design accuracy.
• Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.

Documentation

• Prepare shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Maintain organized project documentation and drawing revisions.
• Assist in material selection and preparation of presentation drawings when required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in CAD drafting or interior design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out drawings, detailing, and space planning.
• Good communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
