As a Senior Security Assessment Specialist, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the internal security of Singapore by leading a team to counter security threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists.

What You Will Be Working On

• Analyse and assess complex cases of security interest, identify potential risks and threats, and develop effective solutions to address them in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, including training and development programs, process improvements, and performance metrics
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, law enforcement, and other partners, to ensure efficient and effective processing of cases of security interest
