About the Job

This role will be overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure materials are received, stored, and issued efficiently to support production. This role is responsible for leading the warehouse team, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient warehouse operations.

Working Location: Kulai, Johor

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material issuance to support smooth manufacturing activities.
• Lead and guide Material Handlers to ensure efficient operations while complying with FIFO practices and workplace safety standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through ERP transactions, stock monitoring, and regular cycle counts.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and other internal teams to ensure timely material availability and resolve operational issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, productivity, inventory accuracy, and cost effectiveness.
• Ensure warehouse facilities, equipment, and work areas are well-maintained, organized, and compliant with company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management within a manufacturing environment, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, FIFO practices, and ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
