Role Description This full-time Business Analyst / Data Analyst role is based in Singapore River in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves gathering, analyzing, and interpreting business and operational data to support decision making across departments. Daily responsibilities include documenting business requirements, mapping and reviewing business processes, and preparing clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, and to recommend data-driven solutions. The role also includes validating data accuracy, supporting implementation of new tools or processes, and monitoring the impact of changes on key performance indicators.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience in business analysis and defining business requirements to support system enhancements and process improvements.
• Knowledge of business processes, process mapping, and workflow optimization within operational or commercial environments.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) and familiarity with basic SQL or database concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or supply chain environments is an advantage, as is prior exposure to ERP or business intelligence systems.
