We're Hiring: Talent Acquisition Manager!

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices to attract top talent and foster a diverse workforce.

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Work Mode: Work From Office (Fully on-site), Flexi-Working Hour

Role: Talent Acquisition Manager

Remuneration: Up to RM 11,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead hiring strategies to bring in top-tier, diverse talent.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs and develop targeted hiring plans.
• Source talents across using multiple channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.
• Support employer branding and promote company as an employer of choice through strategic campaigns and outreach efforts.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide insights through regular reporting to measure success and optimize hiring efforts.
• Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in managerial role.
• Fluent in spoken and written in both English and Mandarin.
• Proactive, results-driven, strong communication and organized.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
