PLYTEC Hiring! Full Time Senior Account Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executive to support the full spectrum of accounting functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial reporting and compliance matters.

Candidates with prior experience in a manufacturing environment will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
• Prepare timely monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Perform month-end closing activities, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Monitor and analyse manufacturing costs, including material, labour, and overhead.
• Conduct variance analysis and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper inventory valuation and cost control procedures.
• Manage and ensure compliance with LHDN e-Invoicing requirements, including invoice validation, submission, and monitoring of rejections.
• Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and audit trail for e-Invoices.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with SST, corporate tax, and other statutory requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.
• Experience in ERP/accounting systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
