Lead BIM processes by developing the BEP, managing protocols and the common data environment, coordinating cross-disciplinary teams, and mentoring BIM staff to ensure high-quality model validation and subcontractor capability assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develop the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) to guide project workflows and standards
• Establish and enforce BIM protocols to ensure consistent project delivery
• Manage the common data environment to maintain accurate and accessible project information
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams to identify and resolve clashes and design conflicts
• Lead BIM meetings to facilitate communication and decision-making among stakeholders
• Manage and mentor a team of BIM coordinators and BIM modelers to enhance skills and productivity
• Validate BIM models and assess subcontractors’ capabilities to meet project requirements
