Job Summary

Lead architectural projects from design through execution while managing client, consultant, and subcontractor relationships to deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design architectural projects to meet client requirements and regulatory standards
• Execute project plans ensuring timely delivery and quality control
• Manage project teams internally and coordinate with external consultants and subcontractors to ensure collaboration and progress
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand needs and provide project updates
• Utilize ARCHICAD and Photoshop software to develop and present architectural designs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of local architectural experience
• Graduation from a university recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects
• Proficiency in ARCHICAD and Photoshop software
