岗位职责

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet individual and team targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Conduct sales meetings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with customers.
  • Coordinate with operations, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
