Responsibilities:

• Provides back-up to the Account Manager on all clerical functions, as needed.
• Assist on the month-end closing procedures to meet monthly deadlines.
• Assist on other accounting projects as needed.
• Process high volume in payment transaction (AR & AP).
• Able to work independently.
• Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare daily, monthly sales & purchases report ( SO / PO)
• Handle worker’s claims, petty cash, Credit card
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a O'Level or Diploma in Accounting/Finance, or LCCI certified, or equivalent.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
