Key Responsibilities
Pack semiconductor wafers (bare, test, monitor wafers) into approved carriers such as wafer cassettes, wafer boxes, FOUPs, or shipping containers
Follow cleanroom SOPs and wafer handling protocols during packing/unpacking
Conduct visual checks for defects such as cracks, particles, or misorientation
Ensure correct wafer orientation, slot mapping, and quantity accuracy
Comply with ESD, contamination control, and gowning requirements
Complete packing records and documentation accurately
Report abnormalities (e.g., damaged wafers, contamination, mismatched labels) promptly
Support re‑packing, audit checks, and shipment preparation when needed
Requirements
Minimum secondary education or equivalent
Able to perform tasks requiring standing and repetitive movements
Basic computer skills
Experience in semiconductor, wafer handling, or cleanroom operations
Familiarity with wafer sizes (6", 8", 12") and carriers (cassette, FOUP, FOSB)
