Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze business processes and operational workflows
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional specifications
- Identify business challenges and recommend practical solutions
- Support process mapping and workflow documentation
- Assist with business process improvement initiatives
Data Analysis & Reporting
