Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with finance-related tasks including preparing expense reports, tracking budgets, and supporting financial record-keeping.
• Draft, edit, and organize reports, presentations, and official communications.
• Provide administrative support by managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and handling correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Maintain databases, update records, and ensure accuracy of financial and administrative information.
• Manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and service providers.
• Demonstrate adaptability and resourcefulness in responding to changing priorities.

Job requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Past experience as a Personal Assistant would be preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with finance tools or software.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines.
