About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through various sales channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and negotiations.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into sales.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, banking, insurance, property, or business development is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport (preferred).
