QUALIFICATIONS & WORK COMMITMENT:

• Bachelor’s / Professional Degree in Finance or Accountancy (CGPA 3.0+).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting & finance.
• Audit experience is an added advantage.
• Willing to be hands-on in operations, including daily patient transactions.
• Willing to work on Saturdays (full day) as part of commitment in the healthcare sector.
• Willing to work 6 days per week during probation and 5 days per week upon confirmation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Oversee full accounting cycle including AR, AP, GL, petty cash, invoicing, payment processing, reconciliation, and SQL financial updates.
• Prepare and review monthly financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, ageing, and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budget vs actual performance, cost movement, and highlight financial risks or variances to management.
• Ensure proper documentation, approval flow, internal control, SOP compliance, and audit readiness.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and relevant parties on finance and compliance matters.
• Improve finance processes, reporting accuracy, payment controls, and overall efficiency of the accounting function.
• Support cross-department verification, cost control, and financial confidentiality.
