Role Description

The Junior Communications Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves supporting marketing and sales campaigns by crafting clear messages for roadshows, events, and brand ambassador activities, and ensuring consistent communication across channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing presentation materials, assisting with social and offline communication content, coordinating with internal teams and clients, and engaging directly with customers to represent client brands professionally. The specialist will help gather customer feedback, support reporting on campaign outcomes, and contribute ideas to improve engagement strategies. The role offers opportunities for mentorship, skill development, and growth into more senior communications or leadership positions.


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
