The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented SAP HCM Payroll Consultant to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, and clients to deliver innovative SAP HCM Payroll solutions that drive business value and operational excellence.

You will play a key role in analyzing requirements, designing solutions, supporting implementations, and ensuring successful adoption of payroll transformation initiatives while leveraging your expertise in SAP HCM Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define project requirements.
• Identify project scope and develop detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Develop proof of concepts (POCs), solution estimates, and conceptual designs to support project objectives.
• Coordinate and support the implementation of SAP HCM Payroll solutions.
• Facilitate change management activities and support business process adoption.
• Provide functional expertise and recommendations to enhance project delivery and innovation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to successful payroll transformation programs.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll or related HR/Payroll solutions

Proven expertise in:

• SAP HCM Payroll
• Business Requirements Gathering
• Functional & Technical Specification Development
• Solution Design & Implementation
• Change Management
