Responsibilities
Job Title: Assistant Ops Manager (Catering/Procurement) (Perm)
Location: Mandai Estate
Work days: 5.5 days (Perm)
Salary range: $3000 to $3500
Working hours: Schedule/Roster
Responsibilities:
Handle catering operations/setup and display at venue
Purchasing of kitchen supplies and requirements
Source for Vendors or suppliers and ensuring beneficial for company
Oversee daily ops and work closely with the team
Keeping the workplace clean in accordance with hygiene standards
Safety processes during setups and tear down
Work with team members
Requirements:
Singapore Class 3 License (To drive company vehicle)
Min. Educational O Level
Prior Experience in the Food and Beverage industry or catering business exposure.
Able to stand long hours
Manage a team, yet able to work independently
Efficient and decisive
