Job Purpose:

• Product Level System Validation

Key Responsibilities:

• BRTSYS products are made up of hardware and software as we strive to offer a total solution to our customers. We are seeking dynamic individuals who have a passion for hardware and software product testing with a keen eye to details and quality.
• Strategize and define system test plans based on product requirements and design specifications.
• Develop test coverage matrices, test cases and participate in product and software validation
• Identify and implement AI-based automation in all aspects of testing, including security pen-testing.
• Undertake hardware and software, mobile apps and/or web client setup and testing. Setup requires hands-on and handling of serial and networked cables, probes, and other instruments.
• Co-ordinate reviews with hardware and software managers and verification testing team and product stakeholders.
• Listen to customer issues, minimize test escapes and continually improve and expand test capabilities
• Be the gatekeeper for product quality assurance
• Test the user manual

Education, Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

The right candidate will have experience in end-to-end product testing and in IoT sensor-based products. Do visit ************* to understand the types of products and solutions you will encounter in this role.

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Computer or IT Engineering and 3 or more years of experience in testing.

• Be meticulous, systematic, analytical and detail driven.
• Knowledge and working experience in one or more of the following: IoT, wireless products, home automation products, office automation products is ideal.
• Prior experience in testing RF (Bluetooth, WiFi, Zigbee, Matter) products is a great fit. 
• Knowledge of programming language for test scripting and automation.
• Knowledge and experience in AI assisted testing is a plus
• Prior experience working with serial and networked connectivity products is a plus.
