Job Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Manage and execute daily order processing duties efficiently.
• Logistics Coordination: Monitor truck readiness and liaise with customers to issue shipping instructions to factories and forwarders.
• Shipment Management: Partner closely with customers, factories, and freight forwarders to guarantee timely shipment and delivery.
• Inquiry Handling: Provide swift responses to customer inquiries, shipment updates, and freight quotations.
• Documentation: Record orders and shipments, ensuring up-to-date and organized documentation filing.
• Financial Controls: Coordinate and verify deposit payments prior to cargo shipment.
• Logistics Forecasting: Plan weekly and monthly sea shipment forecasts to optimize supply chain flow.
• Management Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly operational reports for management review.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum N-Level or O-Level qualification.
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration or logistics coordination.
• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of shipping terms, shipping documentation, L/C preparation/negotiation, and application for Certificate of Origin and Marine Insurance is highly preferred.
• Software Competency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP
• Soft Skills: Meticulous, systematic, and well-organized team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
