General Info:
Location: Peranakan Place Complex
Salary: Full-Time - up to $2500 + $600 Allowances/Incentives (T&Cs apply)
Working days: 5 working days per week (Rostering)
Working time: 10am - 7pm, 3pm - 12mn (Rostering)
Benefits & Perks:
Training provided, no prior experience needed.
Staff meals provided during the shift.
Performance bonus of up to $600 (details shared upon contact).
Transport home provided after late night shifts.
Immediate Hiring: Start work right away!
Job Duties:
Always take responsibility for ensuring a positive guest experience.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and any special offers.
Pick up food orders from the kitchen, relay special preferences, serve beverage orders to guests promptly.
Accurately process and collect payments from guests.
Clear tables and prepare for service for the next guests.
Complete all related closing duties.
Perform any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as requested by Supervisors or Managers.
Requirements:
Maintains a clean, neat, and well-groomed appearance.
Able to commit to shift work.
Willing to learn.
Customer-oriented.
Work involves serving alcohol and tasting cocktails.
