Responsibilities
- Master’s Degree in Piano Performance.
- Proven experience in directing concerts, ensembles or music programs.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Deep knowledge of music pedagogy and performance practice.
- Passionate about nurturing talent and building a vibrant musical community.
- Plan, design, and supervise all musical programs, performances, and concerts.
- Lead and inspire a team of music instructors to maintain artistic excellence and professionalism.
- Curate repertoire for recitals, ensemble performances, and student showcases.
- Oversee auditions, rehearsals, and concert preparation.
- Able to work both weekends
