Job Descriptions:

• Answer all telephone inquiries
• Handle all sales-related activities and documentation
• Process and coordinate customers' orders
• Schedule deliveries and follow up on billing
• Manage changes in delivery schedules
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of customers’ orders
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales and operations team, and maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date filing system
• Able to perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the immediate supervisor
• Liaison Halal Officer-in-charge – updates all necessary and renews licensing

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma in Accountancy / LCCI or equivalent
• Prior experience in a bakery or the F&B industry is preferred
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Computer literate - proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills between and among departments
• Must be self-driven, highly motivated, and independent
