Full Time Warehouse Operations Assistant Jobs, salary up to SGD 2,200 in GKE WAREHOUSING & LOGISTICS PTE LTD - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities

• Scan products and verify order information before processing.
• Check and verify shipping labels for accuracy.
• Print and affix shipping labels to cartons.
• Pack customer orders according to work instructions.
• Weigh and measure cartons before shipment.
• Update shipment information and transaction records in the SAP system.
• Seal cartons and perform final quality checks before dispatch.
• Ensure all outbound shipments are processed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and comply with warehouse safety procedures.
• Support inventory movement and other warehouse operational activities as assigned.
• Working environment: Air-conditioned room.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Experience with SAP or a Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage.
• Able to lift and handle cartons safely.
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Responsible, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm
