Job Description
Responsibilities
Provide sales support to sales team.
· Respond and process incoming enquiries and orders:
1. Whatsapps
2. Phone call
3. Email
4. Sales team
· Prepare orders, production job cards, invoices, delivery orders and other documents required for delivery.
· Close coordination with delivery & production team to ensure on time deliveries to customers.
· Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior.
Education and Work requirements:
- Minimum O Level qualification.
- Has relevant experience.
- Working days: 11pm to 8am, 6 days.
