Role Summary

Experienced Test Manager with 10+ years insoftware testing, specializing in Core Banking systems such as Silverlake orsimilar platforms. Responsible for end-to-end testing strategy, execution, andquality assurance across banking programs.

Must Have Skills

·        10+ years of experience insoftware testing with minimum 5 years in Test Management roles

·        Strong experience in CoreBanking platforms, preferably Silverlake

·        Hands-on experience managingSIT, UAT, Regression testing

·        Experience in banking domains –CASA, Loans, Payments

·        Strong stakeholder managementand communication skills

·        Experience managing largedistributed teams

·        Knowledge of defect managementand test lifecycle tools (JIRA, ALM)

Good to Have Skills

·        Experience with other corebanking platforms (Temenos T24, Finacle, Flexcube)

·        Automation testing exposure(Selenium, Tosca)

·        Understanding of APIs andmicroservices

·        Agile/Scrum delivery experience

·        Certifications such as ISTQB,PMP

·        Experience in digital bankingtransformations

Roles & Responsibilities

·        Define and implement teststrategy, plan, and governance

·        Manage end-to-end testinglifecycle across projects

·        Lead SIT, UAT, Regressiontesting cycles

·        Coordinate with business, IT,and vendors

·        Track defects and ensure timelyresolution

·        Provide status reporting, riskassessment and mitigation

·        Drive test automation andprocess improvements

·        Ensure compliance with bankingand regulatory standards
