Core Responsibilities

• Develop and update 3D architectural BIM models using Revit/AutoCAD.

• Produce construction drawings, details, and schedules from BIM models.

• Coordinate design inputs with architects, engineers, and consultants.

• Perform clash detection and resolve conflicts across disciplines.

• Ensure compliance with BCA BIM standards and authority submission requirements.

• Maintain BIM libraries, families, and project databases.

• Support project documentation, cost estimation, and material tracking.

• Uphold accuracy and timeliness of BIM deliverables.
