• Assist the Project Manager in architectural planning, co-ordinate the oversee architectural works progress on site

• Liaise with client’s representative, relevant authorities and consultants

• Review and update architectural shop drawings and resolve technical issues

• Site coordination with supervisors, all sub-contractors, consultants and other trades

• Ensure quality in architectural works and QA/QC

• Review, coordinate and comment on subcontractor’s drawings and other submittals

• Ensure workmanship, procedures and method statements comply to specified standards.

• Tracking of project progress and identifying possible delays with mitigating suggestions

• Conduct inspection with RE / RTO

• Liaise with Consultants / Site Supervision Team and prepare weekly progress reports

• Other duties as assigned

• Degree in Architectural or Civil / Structural Engineering

• Minimum 5 years' of relevant experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
