Accounts Payable Executive

• Basic up to SGD 3,600
• Fixed Allowance (up to SGD 425)
• Monday to Friday.
• Office Location: West (10 minutes from MRT station)

As an Accounts Payable Executive, What You Will Be Doing:

• Ensure accurate posting, in compliance with Company's policies ERP module.

• Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes. 

• Monitor GRIR and timely payment processing. 

• Communicate with internal stakeholder on collection / payment queries. 

• Prepare balance sheet and follow up on outstanding tasks.

• Proactive in participating digitalization, projects and system enhancements.

Key Success For This Role:

• At least Diploma in Accounting, with 3 years working experience in Accounts Payable functions.
• Proficient in SAP HANA.
• Good to have Power BI or any other automation tools.
